Laura Jelaska
Laura Jelaska, has been the National Key Contact of Croatia since April 2024. She is currently participating in the organisation of Fall School: Gather to Nourish as a part of Supporting Team. Laura earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrtion from the University of Zagreb in 2023 and is currently pursuing a Master of Science degree in the same field. Laura is also a dedicated member of a students’ association of the Faculty of Food Technology and Biotechnology called PROBION and has actively contributed to various projects.
