Marianna Kalliostra is a dietitian-nutritionist, currently serving as the Communications Manager at the European Federation of Associations of Dietitians (EFAD). With a background in both nutrition and communication, she has previously led the European Network of Dietetic Students (ENDietS) as President from 2018 to 2022. Her experience also includes working as a journalist and serving as a communications specialist for various NGOs focused on nutrition.
An enthusiast of communication and public relations, Marianna thrives on collaborating with specialists from diverse disciplines to develop new skills, tackle fresh challenges, and effectively engage with stakeholders, journalists, policymakers, and health professionals. With a strong focus on translating complex scientific information into actionable insights, Marianna is dedicated to creating a positive impact on public health and contributing to a healthier, more sustainable future.
