Yağmur Deniz, from Türkiye, is a Senior Conference Anchor at ENDietS. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Türkiye and recently earned a Master’s degree in Global Food, Nutrition and Health from the University of Bayreuth, Germany. She also recently completed her internship at Wageningen University & Research within the Department of Human Nutrition & Health. Her research interests are centered on sustainable diets, alternative protein sources, and protein quality.
