Registration & fees
How do I register for the ENDietS Gather to Nourish School?
Registration is completed through the ICONSD2026 registration platform. Participants must select the option that includes the ENDietS Gather to Nourish School.
Is the Fall School registration separate from ICONSD2026?
No. The Fall School takes place alongside ICONSD2026, and participants register through the ICONSD2026 platform.
Does my registration include both ICONSD2026 and the ENDietS Fall School?
Yes, if you choose the ICONSD2026 + ENDietS Fall School registration option.
What are the registration fees?
Early Bird registration is €100 and Regular registration is €130.
Early Bird registration is available until October 10th, 2026. Regular registration applies after October 10th, 2026.

Who can join?
Who can join the Fall School?
The Fall School is open to nutrition and dietetics students at all levels, from Bachelor’s to PhD, as well as recent graduates.
Do I need to be an ENDietS member to participate?
You do not need to be a registered ENDietS member to attend the Fall School. However, to receive updates about the Fall School and other ENDietS activities directly in your inbox, we recommend registering as a member for free.
Programme
Sessions & activities
Is the programme final?
No. The current programme is preliminary and may be subject to changes. Final topics, speakers and timings will be shared closer to the event.
What kind of sessions will be included?
The programme will include ENDietS-led sessions, practical workshops, career-focused discussions, networking moments and opportunities to attend ICONSD2026.
Which day is the main ENDietS Fall School day?
Thursday, 19 November, will be the main ENDietS Fall School day, with a full student-centred programme.
Will there be social activities?
Yes. A networking dinner is planned for Thursday evening, and an additional social or networking activity is being considered for Friday or Saturday. Some social moments may require an additional contribution, with reduced rates for Fall School participants.
Venue & Travel
Getting there
Where will the Fall School take place?
The Fall School will take place at the A.U.Th. Research Dissemination Center, KEDEA, in Thessaloniki, Greece, alongside ICONSD2026.
Will accommodation be provided?
Accommodation is not included in the registration fee, and participants are responsible for arranging their own stay. Accommodation recommendations may be shared closer to the event.
How do I get to the venue?
The venue is located on the Aristotle University campus and is accessible by public transport. A detailed travel guide will be shared closer to the event.
Practical Information
During the event
Will meals be included?
Full meals are not included. Coffee breaks will be provided during the programme.
Will I receive a certificate?
Participants of the ENDietS Gather to Nourish School will receive a certificate of participation for the Fall School and its activities.
